The top ring and the top protected ring are completely made of stainless steel and molded using a special mechanical process. Permanent smoothness ensures high yarn quality. The plastic sheets used for making the body of the sliver can are formed from imported high-grade antistatic master batch extruded through an advanced production line introduced from Italy. High-tech seamless welding guarantees the smoothness and circle condition of the body for a lifetime of more than 15 years. The high strength top plate is made from imported engineering raw material using an injection molding machine. The walls of the top plate are thickened and heightened to prevent it from inclining inside the body. The top plate has good weight capacity for perfect shock resistance, ageing-resistance performance and ultra-low transfiguration rate. The bottom plate is one-shot cast with cold rolling steel, and has perfect wearability and a long usage lifetime. The spring is made from high quality wire rod using a numerically controlled automatic molding machine. This wire is treated in a thermostatic furnace to ensure its stability and prevent fatigue. The buyer can choose from a sliver can with hanger frame or a balanced up-down holder spring. The plastic anti-shock ring can buffer impact against the can and ensure its circle condition.
